The hotel is cool and comfortable. There are many activities that children can play there. This is the umpteenth time I have stayed there. Highly recommended for those of you who want to stay in Puncak.

The result and facilities are good. The staffs are also friendly. But it takes almost 3 hours to do my eyelash and threading. It’d be better if the therapist upgrade her service skill.

Untuk redeem voucher sih gampang, tapi aku ngerasa bahwa bulu mata extensionnya cepet banget rontok. I mean ini baru sehari loh, udah copot 10 helai lebih. Aku juga gatau ini double apa enggak dikasihnya. Fyi mataku tidak terkena air selama 24 jam. Coming back? never

Sudah 2 kali kesini. Yang pertama memuaskan bgt dan yg kedua merasa kurang maksimal. Selama saya treatment 2kali ditinggal sm terapis karena ada customer yg mau pasang jadi ngurusin kasir jg, padahal ada 2 orang terapis yg lain ga tau kenapa si mba terapis saya yg harus bolak balik. Mungkin cici yg punya bisa nambah 1 karyawan khusus buat kasir kali yaa biar selama customer treatment ga ditinggal-tinggal.
