ticket redemption was easy,but like many other GP events ,the bus Ques gets a little crazy,other than that,all is great,mandalika I feel ,offers a cheaper spending alternative in terms of merchandise and food

The H-1 ticket exchange is very far from the circuit, approximately 3 km. This is not making things easier, but making things more difficult. And many local residents enter without tickets/bracelets, only using UMKM card access.

Overall a poor experience. The paper ticket came off after the first day. When taking it back to the staff and explained the situation, they told as that they were not able to issue me another ticket, even after showing my booking confirmation with Traveloka. Therefore myself and my partner were not able to enter and watch the GP. We travelled very far to watch this and the staff were unhelpful and laughing at our expense. Awful customer service.

ticket redemption ok but difficult, they not understand. parked close to ticket redemption 50 rph in bus to circuit. but need to take 3 buses to general gate 1. and walk between to get them. no one seems to know what they doing or understand English. No facility or consideration for older or disabled that I could see. general addition is not general and very restricted. would not buy again or even grand stand tickets unless improved.

The experience was fun, then all sectors were neatly arranged, the event was also cool, I gave it a score of 85/100. Actually, I gave it a score of 100, but there was a catch, I was a little disappointed because when I bought the ticket it was still at the normal price, but approaching the crazy event the discount was almost 80%, I should have been given cashback, or at least get additional facilities or be upgraded to the premium grandstand. Well, today there is still the last event, the MotoGP race. hmm
