The staff was nice but the vehicle provided was problematic so we didn't get the sunrise. When we arrived at the view point the sun had risen, the description was also misleading, it turned out we couldn't eat and drink even though we didn't bring food.

The first time we came to Bromo we had an amazing experience. Thank you to Traveloka, the team on site starting from the pick-up to Malang city, the drop-off by jeep and the tour guide too. Hopefully we can always provide the best for visitors.

Alhamdulillah, the trip to Bromo went smoothly. Safe. And the team that brought us from the pick-up driver, jeep driver, and the one who took the photo were all friendly and on time. The team who took the photo were also very enthusiastic & took the initiative to take documentation with really good results 😊
