Thank you.. it was cool going around the city at night.... but unfortunately it was drizzling during the tour... so for those sitting on the open deck, it was a bit wet.

if you go outside deck, hopefully there is no rain season if so, get your raincoat for RM3 and umbrell RM 8 (but you can't bring it to your trip)

I have booked here to get a seat above, but when I got there, the officer did not allow me to do so on the grounds that it was already full from orders from people who came directly to the ticket counter on the day. So I did not get a good experience enjoying the view of KL, because it was covered by dirty bus windows.

Loss!! Expensive. The guide only explained the important parts, no more than 5 locations were informed, ONLY LOCATION NAME INFORMATION. It is better to take a regular bus around the city. The system for getting a seat must be booked very early, if you come at 6/7pm, be prepared to get a seat that is not outdoors. When you get on, you can see people fighting for seats. In the brochures distributed, there are many locations but no information on what the locations are.

tips yaaaa 1. although it is not written, it is recommended to go to the station in the afternoon or evening first to soak the voucher and can choose the open deck ... if you go there directly, the open deck is already full 2. prepare a camera .... there are many good spots ..

I have got a seat on deck ticket for 4 pax, but the passengers who were given on deck tickets exceeded the seating capacity. When boarding the bus, there was a scramble and it was not well managed. Finally, I did not get a seat according to my order. A sad travel experience.

The process to redeem the tickets was smooth. Make sure to reach the venue an hour before to avoid long queue. The overall tour is worth the money and it gives a really good idea of the important landmarks of the city with the dazzling lights at night. Recommended for first timers in KL.

We bought 13seat. During 'registration' staff not explaining to us that there is difference Open Deck and and Non-Open Deck area. We was placed at non open deck. it was not fair as we paid same price with others which is we thought it was free sitting. We get seated at open deck as we get on the bus. But when staff came they said we have to move because they not assign us for open deck. Why? we paid same price with others and we paid month before the date. that is so not fair. we very are disappointed.
