I was very disappointed because I got a seat inside, no experience at all, I felt like I was on a regular bus. There was no notification or information about the seat I would get, if the slot on my bus was full, I should have been transferred to another bus because I saw other buses were still empty for outside seats. I felt empty throughout the trip. Maybe they underestimated me because I was alone and could be placed in an inside seat. I was very very disappointed.

The trip was fine, however it can be further improved. First of all, the pre-departure was kinda chaotic. The staff asked us to wait in the front of Sungai Wang Plaza before the 8PM. There were so many people waiting, no announcements, signs, directions, or even crews stand by there. So, we lined up waiting for nothing. Then, came the Plaza’s securities organizing the queue as it was too chaotic and no staff really directed us. As we grouped based on the bus number, there were no signs at all to which line should we follow and it leads to confusions. I think they lacking of staffs as there were only 2 staff, with 6 different bus groups. The departure delayed for around 30 minutes. The process went smoothly when we boarded the bus. During the trip, we barely hear any explanation nor guidance from the guide. The guide just speak very little at specific landmarks. No engagement from the guide, as she just stay on the low deck while everyone is on the upper deck. So, most of the time it was really quiet and we were questioning on where are we heading and where are we now. The audio quality was also not really good, the sound is kinda muttering. Overall, it’s a fine trip, thanks to KL’s amazing skyline. Okay for the first timer, just bring wikipedia or Malaysia guidebook to help you get the info during the trip.

Please be prepared with a raincoat due to the rainy season. Arrive earlier, because there is not designated seat, if you want to sit in the open deck area, you should arrive early

Fun but the time is very long, 2 hours, for kids it can be tiring and exhausting. I think it can stop at the bus stop but cannot and must join the tour for the full 2 hours

It was really fun riding the hop on hop off, especially when we got the open decker section 😆😆

ride was fun but had problem when checking in to the bus counter, because traveloka is considered "agent" to the bus company so they had problem to checking us in

The staff is so friendly and so easy to get the instructions, and also good at taking the best view for us.

It's not worth it if it's raining when you get there.

Not stated if can be placed in the closed cabin. Better to book the seat. A very so so unpleasant experience if seating not in the open space

Thank you.. it was cool going around the city at night.... but unfortunately it was drizzling during the tour... so for those sitting on the open deck, it was a bit wet.

if you go outside deck, hopefully there is no rain season if so, get your raincoat for RM3 and umbrell RM 8 (but you can't bring it to your trip)

I have booked here to get a seat above, but when I got there, the officer did not allow me to do so on the grounds that it was already full from orders from people who came directly to the ticket counter on the day. So I did not get a good experience enjoying the view of KL, because it was covered by dirty bus windows.
