We had an amazing experience with Ambok and Capt Loco! The boat ride was so calming with plenty of scenic views, and our photo taker did a fantastic job capturing every memorable moment. Even though we went out at night, they were very accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and hassle-free boat adventure! If youre looking for a worth it and within the budget date, this is good!

The experience was good. We enjoy the ride. Capt Loco and Ambok were so accommodating. Ambok was good in story telling. Though we can't really see the sunset due to the weather.. Overall, it was a pleasant journey.

We had a wonderful time on the Puteri Harbour Cruise! My parents were very happy with the experience. The ride was smooth, and the speed was just right for us to enjoy the stunning views. One highlight was spotting Pulau Sarimbun of Singapore from afar. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Ambok, who was approachable, accommodating, and very assuring. Despite arriving late due to unexpected traffic (our original departure was at 5pm, but we arrived at 5:35pm), Ambok welcomed us warmly and arranged for us to join the 5:45pm cruise. We were grouped with a friendly Indian family, which made the experience even better. The captain was professional and clearly experienced, making us feel safe throughout the journey. Ambok also shared some fun facts about the area, mentioning possible sightings of wildlife like alligators, snakes, flamingos, and fireflies. Thankfully, we didn’t encounter any scary creatures; just beautiful scenery! Despite the rainy season, the experience was amazing. We only had a light drizzle, which didn’t affect our enjoyment at all. Overall, it was a fantastic outing, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience at Puteri Harbour.
