Like the other says, it was a compact but comfortable room hotel. Perfect location as it is close to almost everything in central, you can get to most places in free trams, several good cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Almost perfect, however disappointing customer service. Guess it depends on individual, but 1 or 2 particular permanent front desk showed unwillingness to help, overall still good, just need to improve front desk service. It also would be great if the amenities added in microwave oven/shared kitchen for use of guests, hand towel, room slippers.

It’s my first time visit melbourne and City square is a great way for your first stay. It close to every thing and the man at the reception is very helpful. The room is not that new but It have everything you need, it can put my 2 large luggage and still have a space. Airport skybus pick-up and drop-off are about 2 minute walking, it so easy if you have a large luggage.

I love the hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs, very good location and affordable price too. The room is spacious with nice city view over the big windows. I didn’t hear any noises from the club as I was staying on weekdays. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Adina Apartment Hotel St Kilda Melbourne
The location is perfect, the room is amazing, some reception staffs are nice (the guy was nice and the tall lady, the rest is only nice to some guests obviously seem disrespectful to some woman.) And the worst thing the housekeeping only cleaned bed and changed bathroom towel, the rest they don't care at all.

Cosmopolitan Hotel and Apartments
The heater was not function for 2 nights and the night shift lady staff was not friendly and not attentive to solve the problem. Nevertheless, the morning shift guy is very friendly and patiently addressed my concerns.

The picture doesn't fit the reality anymore, the bathroom is dirty, the room is dirty and stuffy, lots of student or backpackers long stay. Not recommended for tourists or families.

Tolarno Hotel
The room and the interior was good, even the view is not what I wanted. The facilities inside is quite complete, they provide microwave, coffee maker, and a heater besides those ‘standard’ hotels offered. The location is good, close to tram station and Wolworths supermarket, walks for 15 mins to St. Kilda pier. The only minus point is they don’t have elevator, just stairs! It is quite difficult for those who bring a luggage. They also didn’t inform the guess if you will get free water bottles or not, they will suddenly debt when you checked out ☹️

Novotel St Kilda
We got in the hotel around 10am from the airport, and asked for early check in. Hola, we got it. We could have our room at 11am. All other things are good. Location is perfect, just cross the road to the beach, and tram. Skybus for carrying you to the airport is in front of the hotel! Thanks Novotel!

Easystay Studio Apartments
Very good location. The beautiful beach is just opposite of this Apartment. The only thing that not convenient is no lift. We must carry big luggages by oursefl to 3rd fl (thank God we didn't get the 4th fl)
