We love staying at this location when we visit town as it is across the street from a venue we come to town for events. Its simple, has a small kitchenette area with a toaster which is what sold me for this hotel.

Enjoyed staying here. It was convenient location for us. Staff was accommodating when checking in. First room had no heat. They changed it right away. Thank you.

The location is pretty good, right near a tram stop and walking distance to Chinatown. The property is laid out somewhat strangely as there are different entrances. The room is perfectly fine, though WiFi could be better. Overall, a good value.

When I checked in last Saturday, November 23, 2024, Mimi , the one at the reception asked me for $200 deposit, despite the fact that the whole 8 days were already paid thru Expedia. This $200 deposit has never been mentioned in their website. I don't know what's that for. Expedia, check this out. Buyer beware. The office is only open the day I arrived. Since then it's always closed. Nobody is In there.

It was an ok place to stay. Close to Dundas Square, and ammenities.
Room was ok, bed was very firm, room was clean.
Bathroom was clean, shower could have used some deep cleaning.
Overall, it was ok, was in city for concert, and was best available at a decent price.

It was a good and comfortable stay. Was nice and clean. Even had a stove top in it with a couple elements. Didn’t need it but was nice that it was there as an option. Staff were very nice and accommodating. My only issue was the heat was turned up too high. Got a little sweaty haha. Was the perfect nice little walk to the Horseshoe tavern where I was headed for a concert

The front desk was empty when I arrived. Waited 30 mins before someone came. My room was not very clean, especially the toilet. It was completely clogged and no amount of flushing fixed it. Since it was late in the night, I decided to just leave and left the room key on the table.

Super dirty! Staff were nice though. Crumbs and leaves on the bed sheets, hair on the bathroom floor. Mold in the bath tub. Clean your rooms!!!

Cheap place to stay but not worth more money anyways; electrical sockets not attached to the wall, located in a questionable area and the bed was comparable to sleeping on a plywood board.
