Nice place and affordable price. Great location also … and clean.

I have to wait for more than 1 hour to enter my room. I was arriving at the hotel with my friend at 2 p. M (which is the time when I should have been able to enter my room) and they told me to wait for 30-40 minutes, but then it ended up we waited for more than an hour. I lost my time to prepare myself for an important occasion. So sad.

Resepsionis wanita, Amelia, butuh 30 menit untuk check in per customer. Di kamar sabun habis tidak di cek. Ada feces yg masih nempel di toilet / hotel female receptionist, Amelia, took 30 minutes to check in each customer, no soap and amenities in my room, has to wait for a full hour to get the soap refilled. And on the top of it all. There's dry feces in the toilet. What a horrible place to stay

Kamar hotel oke, tapi ternyata sprei kotor, ada bekas sundutan rokok, dan robek cukup besar. Awalnya ga kelihatan karena di bagian bawah ketutup selimut, pagi tadi baru kelihatan ternyata sprei tidak layak. Makanan di restaurant kurang bervariasi dan rasanya cukup aja ga yg enak juga

Love this hotel. Check in was smooth, the room was big. It was just me and my son. The ac wasn't cold so I called the front office to complain and in just minutes the enginer came and fixed the ac. And viola! Its cold. The staff was super nice and friendly. The food was so-so I think you guys can improved on that. Will I come back? For sure! And I will my hubby and daughter also. Oh ya. The pool was cool but the seating arrangement there is quite odd. Probally need more chairs near the pool so I can look at my son swimming. Overall. It was a great experience ❤.

The breakfast is big no no, we tried it for 2 days and still no no.

Biasa banget ga usah ekspektasi tinggi.

Hotelnya strategis dibawah banyak makanan. Hanya saja kamar nya kurang bersih terawat. Banyak anak kecoa dan ga ada wifi.
