I was very surprised by the poor presentation of breakfast and it was not like before, especially because all the food served was cold and poor quality. Hope other attendant not buy breakfast voucher.

Good hotel in the city center, professional and friendly staffs. Various meals for breakfast options. The hotel is next to the night street food area.

Sangat memuaskan, mulai dari lobby hingga kamar dikelola dengan sangat baik.

Comfort bed, but bad wifi & AC not so cold, even at 20 degrees still warm.

Pretty comfortable hotel room for 3 nights we stayed in Medan Marriott celebrating my Dad 80th birthday and the staff pretty helpful organising the event.

Although it's an old hotel but my guest from Korea loves it because of convenient and strategic location. Maybe need to do some renovations at the outside of the hotel in the future.

The hotel has mall too so its easy to buy meals or other drink and it is near to everywhere.

Well, first of all I know that it was my fault from beginning that I had booked the wrong date, and shockingly this hotel had never given us a chance to refund or even reschedule. They didn't even provide a solution for that. So I would never and ever book this hotel in the future. So awful!

Improve for more better services. Keep it to be better.
