Such a nice hotel to stay in Purwokerto. With the economic price. You'll get a very good service and facilities here. All things worked well. Ac, Water heater, shower, TV, Wifi, amenities. All perfect. The location is strategic, nearby food culinaries, mini market, ATM, drugstore, also bakery. They're all reachable, just take a walk and you'll find them. Friendly staff also! we've stayed at hotel for one night at premium deluxe balcony room at 2nd floor with twin bed, it was quite good experience, but one of the bedframe was broken though we still can use it. I think the amenities are very standard, the breakfast are complete but some of it the taste are too salty, what I like the most is the salad. Pool area is Good, my kids were having fun, but the pool water was a bit sour. at the time we were staying, there was a wedding party on rooftop, my kids wants to play at kids club but the kids club turn into place to put the weddings stuff e.g, the wedding souvenir and all the things that suppose to be place at roof top (bean bags) so it was quite messy. Overall we were having a good time staying in the hotel and its worth with the price.

This place is awesome! Very clean and convenient with affordable restaurant that opens late and reliable wifi. It also has a vending machine for cold drinks and a 24hrs convenience store right in front of! Definitely will stay here again. Ever thinking to stay your weekend holiday in a full old-styled artistic & luxurious colonial hotel details hospitality in the heart of city ? If you do, this Hotel Besar is the only right place when you arrive Purwokerto.
We had 3-days weekend holiday staying here on late of April 2018 (Friday evening until Sunday morning) and it was awesome. We found clean & fresh environment with a beauty garden in center of building.
Hot shower water worked well as room air-conditioned and flat tivi served good. Wifi coverage connection was a bit terrible as our room in the back of center garden nearby was difficult to access.
Breakfast menus are advised to be more varied & served a bit quick.

Hotel yg secara lokasi menurut kami pas, di tengah kota, enak kemana-mana, dan area sekitar hotel cukup tenang. Sepertinya hotel yg terkenal banyak peminat, jadi lebih baik jangan reserve dadakan biar bisa pilih kamar sesuai keinginan. Tidak tersedia extra bed waktu kami menginap disana. Fasilitas kamar sesuai deskripsi. Interior kamar sepertinya bisa dirapihkan sedikit, ada lubang bekas kabel di area bawah TV yang ditutup seadanya aja. Kebersihan dalam kamar oke. Kalau ingin jemur sesuatu di area balkon kamar, perhatikan tetesan air dari AC kamar, karena lantai balkon kamar kami lumayan basah kena tetesan air AC. Staff cleaning service hotel cukup satset menanggapi request tamu. Menu sarapan tidak terlalu banyak varian, tapi rasanya enak. Tiap malam suka ada live music di area lantai 1, suaranya bisa jadi bocor ke kamar hotel. Untuk kamar kami sendiri cukup teredam suaranya jadi tidak terlalu merasa terganggu. Kami menginap beberapa malam btw. Ada fasilitas kulkas mini di kamar tapi kami hanya diberikan 1 kartu kamar. Setiap kami pergi dan perlu cabut kartu, tentunya listrik kamar akan mati. Repot ya, jadi ngga bisa nyimpan makanan/minuman dengan maksimal di kulkas. Kami sempat lapor ke resepsionis, tapi tidak ditawarkan kartu kamar tambahan, akhirnya kami memilih untuk kosongkan isi kulkas saja. Overall masih menikmati stay di hotel ini. We might come back. Terima kasih.

Easily accessible location, great hospitality, clean and spacious room, clean and comfortable bathroom with lovely hot water-flow shower. The only problem was the Wi-Fi that never worked during our stay there.

Strategic location & near Unsoed. They had almost complete amenities, still acceptable. Good ambience and the staff were really nice as well. I suggest it would be nice if the pillows were a little more clean but yeah overall still acceptable with the price range.

The staff was very informative and helpful. They were able to accommodate our request to have early check in. They provided 2 pax of welcome drink which we can claim in the bar / lounge while waiting for our room to be ready. Such a great service.

The hotel facilities and F&B menu were satisfactory, but the service was lacking. Despite multiple requests for early room cleaning, it was consistently forgotten, and there were issues with the key card.

All good, only if the paint in the bedroom is renovated, I believe it's worth more. But definitely will come and stay again. Since this is the only hotel in Purwokerto that offers a Family Room for 3.

Luminor Hotel Purwokerto By WH
I was traveling during Ramadan fasting month with my wife and five kids to Purwokerto and arrived early at Luminor around 12 pm. We just needed to wait around 30 minutes and the reception staff allowed us to check in early, that's really helpful because we are traveling with a 5-month-old baby. Room cleanliness is excellent. We went down to the restaurant on the ground floor at 3 am and all the foods were good. And also strategic location nearby the city center and train station.
