It just happened that there was TNI event going on during my stay, so access was really difficult and heavy traffic due to some road closures. However, facilities, service, and the room was good. Room was really spacious, but an electrical socket next to the bed would be appreciated for phone charging at night.

Very dirty I never see like this and now I am coughing they use chemical insects killer I am dying and the do not like to refund my booking I am trying to contact your help center no body answer me I will open a case I did not book a hotel to die.

I have been renting in this hotel since the first year it opened. Now the level of cleanliness in the rooms is poor, and there are many cockroaches in the rooms and the bathroom, and there is no curtain in the bathroom to prevent water from coming out of the showers into the entire bathroom.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and hallways is very strong in the no smoking room. Fortunately I was able to change rooms to another floor and the there are no smell of cigarette on that floor.

Affordable price and worthie stay considering this a good reputable hotel - name tag of well-known hotel internationally. Delivered what it said.
