Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. If you are an Aviation Enthusiast or AVgeek you must try staying at this hotel. The hotel offers spectacular room views, which are directly opposite the BPN airport runway. We recommend that you stay upstairs or on the 4th floor, so you can point the camera at every plane that lands and takes off. When I wake up, I can easily find the helicopter lift off from my window. I think the Grand Tjokro Hotel offered something AVgeek's hard to resist. So to all AVgeek across Indonesia, you should try this hotel.✈️👍🏼🚁🤩

The food here is definitely something to look forward to. And there's qq karaoke Club for those who like singing and have a good time. The only problem for me is the narrow parking space. You can't park your vehicle by yourself but the valet service is always ready to help you day and night.

Staff really helpful. My towel got wet because of the pool, so I called and asked if I can change it, they really did! The room is tidy, cozy, wide, and the AC is cold, it means good. I can't count how many times I stay there, but I really like it and can't wait to stay again.
