The Golden Bay Hotel Batam
Nice for staycation or for runaway from crowd. Good for solo travellers. I love the shower head, it is comfortable.

Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments
The pool area floor was wet and slippery many times. I slipped and fell on the wet floor. Also, the sauna was out of order, which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Harbour Bay Amir Hotel
The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.
