very nice price anf facility but bathroom is not good clearness

Good room hotel, good food and good view

Very nice views, excellent service, good food, very clean… simply one of the best hotels we've ever stayed.

Strategic location, clean and spacious room, however, the variety and the taste of the breakfast should be improved for better service so that it matches with the hotel rating (traveloka says it's a 3 star hotel)

I stay there for 5 days and before I was stay there also before because this hotel very have strategic location. Many shop food and beverage, souvenir, mini marker etc. So easy if you want find something there. And this hotel have authentic local design. I very like it. Overall good cleanliness, completed amenities and good service. But I have trouble in room make me annoying during I stay 5 days. First stay have bad signal of channel list TV. And second stay there have trouble with AC when first night. I already tell staff the Ac not cool. But having no have problem solve with the case specially about the AC. During stay until I checked out 4 night 5 days the AC can't working properly. The staff have advice me the AC with Fan. How come? Until the last night/days before I check out tomorrow I just make fan in my room. And the staff give me another advice to move room but not with the same type not balcony or get free breakfast before I check out. Make me very not comfortable. No have solution about the AC? I was tell when I entering the room first until I checked out. I mean if you having advice please give me or the guest with apple to apple not with same type. And how come the engineering can't repair the AC until 5 days and with the reason the staff enginner not stand by so need waiting for come. Hopelly can learn about problem solving when have guest comment before to be guest complaint. But this hotel still recommended about the service staff very friendly and warm. Thank you.

Our room was more like a cage, we had the space of 2x2x1.5 m. There were five cages in the room with a shared bathroom (missing sink and variable water availability). We had to buy a padlock to leave our bags secure during the day. All other accommodation in town was booked out and it is very cheap so we were grateful for somewhere to sleep. The air-conditioning worked and it is a good location close to the waterfront.

The balcony rooms are a wonderful oasis with phenomenal views in the middle of what is otherwise a dusty construction site. There was a weird must smell in the room when we entered until we aired it out a bit, but it was all perfectly clean, just a bit old and dated. Don't expect luxury, but it is what it is.

1,8million rupiah is quiet overprice for the experience I had. The staff were helpful about lots of stuff. The room was OK. No carpet for a hotel that pricey. The breakfast reaalyy average, the restaurant really cramped for that crowd of guests, I couldn't move freely. They could do better over the restaurant. I think the hotel is very overrated. 1 worst experience I had was, my husband wanted to wear the robe BUT it had red stains and chocolate stains. I believe they didn't clean or check the cleanliness of the bathroom thoroughly. But overall 10/10 for the view and ambience of "santorini" BUT for the hotel itself 7/10. The restaurant is 4/10.
