The hotel has a pick up service from the airport. The restaurant food was tasty, and good price. The view from the restaurant and beach front were very nice. The room was clean. I especially recommend the mango sticky rice and the chicken sate.

The hotel has an amazing view, rooms are very well appointed, food is good but pricey, service is the let down, too slow and poor spoken English by most of the staff, I'll come back.

Lokasi perfect, trus hotel juga direct ke pantai. Menu sarapan OK. I love to stay here and absolutely will come back and reference to other to stay here when to Labuan Bajo.

Overall my stay was good, just the bed a bit old because when movement had noises and had smells in the bathroom.

Our room was more like a cage, we had the space of 2x2x1.5 m. There were five cages in the room with a shared bathroom (missing sink and variable water availability). We had to buy a padlock to leave our bags secure during the day. All other accommodation in town was booked out and it is very cheap so we were grateful for somewhere to sleep. The air-conditioning worked and it is a good location close to the waterfront.

The balcony rooms are a wonderful oasis with phenomenal views in the middle of what is otherwise a dusty construction site. There was a weird must smell in the room when we entered until we aired it out a bit, but it was all perfectly clean, just a bit old and dated. Don't expect luxury, but it is what it is.

I booked for 13-14 Oct and 16 - 17 Oct, I decides to booke for 2 nights here because in the photo of this hotle really good, but I dissapointed when arrived there. I am sleeping in the room vip in fifth floor. Minus: 1. There is no toiletries. 2. There is no water for drinking (mineral water bootle nor water gallon, there is water gallon outside the room but it is empty) 3. There is no tissue. 4. There is no doormat. 5. There is no water in the toilet from 2 am until I check out on around 8am. 6. There is no towel. 7. The pillow is not covered (I need to ask first the pillow cover with the receptionist). Plus: 1. The view from the room is really great, you can see a really nice sunset here. 2. There is entertainment in the TV. 3. There refrigerator, smells a bit since only turned on when there is a guest stays in the room.

Bad wifi or even phone reception in the room. The water heater kettle is also broken in the room.
