I stayed from April 4-6, 2025, from the service to the facilities in general it was very satisfying, but there were shortcomings, namely the delay in handling the repair of the TV network. The TV network is quite slow, sometimes there is no broadcast. If I may suggest to avoid similar things from happening, maybe smart TV media can be prepared for users. Hopefully in the future it can be even better.

Overall everything is okay, except the swimming pool. It doesn't match the expectations seen in the advertisement photos. I thought it was really big but it turned out the swimming pool area is small and narrow. A bit disappointed but the food and service facilities are all really good.

I was very impressed with the service of all the staff at the restaurant during breakfast, all of them were friendly, helpful, what is different from other starred hotels is that there are various snacks, various cereals, very good coffee and tea, and a spacious car park.
