With an affordable price, the hotel and service are actually quite good, especially the strategic location. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness. When I entered the room, in my opinion the room was only neat but not very clean, there were ants, even centipedes. But it's still okay. The sheets and blankets were dirty and very shabby in color. What was a bit annoying was when there was a worker who seemed to be renovating the hotel building, the sound of the drill was really loud, I don't know what it was 😭. Overall it's quite okay, maybe if I go to Jember again, it can be a place to stop by for a while

The staff are so friendly, but the last time I stayed here, I was booked a room on the first floor, but they gave me the second floor. My mistake is I wasn't complaint. If someday I have plan to stay, I'll definitely complain if they give me the wrong one.

The room was not cleaned, there were spider webs in the sink, the bathtub was dirty, the pillows were dirty and shabby and not suitable for use, the refrigerator was dirty, the room was for 2 people but only provided 1 set of toiletries and even then the box was damp as if it had been left there for a long time, the floor of the room was sticky, complaints to the receptionist were not taken, they immediately checked out after entering for approximately 10 minutes.

Very good in terms of location. The staff are very friendly. Parking is spacious and well-organized. Safe and quiet environment (if you get a room inside - not right on the side of the highway). Sorry. It seems like the room stuff needs to be rejuvenated such as towels (it's time to change them and they're not suitable for use as towels), toilets (they haven't been cleaned when I checked in to the room), showers (hot water buttons on all sides - I was hot). Because I'm comfortable except for those three things. Thank you very much 💙
