Hotels in Jember

The quality of the 4-star hotel in Jember is quite impressive, given its modest size. However, it is regrettable that some security personnel exhibit a lack of amiability and demonstrate a deficiency in knowledge. Fortunately, there are other security personnel who assist in directing the parking process, and they are characterized by their affability and courtesy. On the other hand, the check-in process could be sped up, despite the receptionist's humble and friendly demeanor.

So far OK and need cleanliness for the bath room and room.

Room is not according to expectation. Seems that pictures are deliberately been improved to show a modern hotel, which it 's not. It is an old degraded hotel with a few changes (curtains, shower head and bed sheets). The room is very small with no place to put your suitcase, the bathroom is also very small and when showering everything gets wet as there is no divider between shower and wc. Very old style and not worth 400rb.

The staff are so friendly, but the last time I stayed here, I was booked a room on the first floor, but they gave me the second floor. My mistake is I wasn't complaint. If someday I have plan to stay, I'll definitely complain if they give me the wrong one.
