Saya dateng subuh2 dr mudik, rencana mw buat tidur sampe siang. Sampe hotel staffnya gak dateng2, tanya org yg didepan katanya beda manajemen dan gak mau tau pdhal nmnya msh 1 hotel. Lbh terkejut lagi kamarnya berantakan bgt kaya rumah gembel, kasur buluk, apalagi spreinya menjijikan, bantal tipis dan kumal. The worst ever. Bukan hotel ini, kalo boleh dibilang gudang. Subuh keluar anak2 tanggung pasangan mw check out, baru ngeh ini hotel bisa jam2an yg bisa jd tempat org kantong cekak memadu hasrat. Jadinya subuh itu juga kami langsung ganti hotel. Dan tdk ada refund sama sekali.

the room condition is dirty and bad smell, the parking place is full of garbage and look not maintained well.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel that ran out of towels, no towel at all, rediculous management.

I feel the room is dirty and smells bad, so I also found some cockroaches and fleas in the room

After hours of cycling from Jakarta on the way to Yogya, we arrived in Porwokerto very late. Almost 11 pm. My mind was not clear when choosing the hotel. Just somewhere closer to where we were should do. It took us 30 minutes waiting to get the room ready. The guy said, the room is not ready yet. It was almost midnight, for Godsake! No proper receptionist. The guy who accept us at the desk was holding crumpled bed sheet which he said will be ours. I asked for the clean one. He said: "ini juga bersih. Emang mau pake yang masih basah?". So it was not a nice experience. The hotel room is dirty, smelly, as well as the surrounding. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am sure there are other hotels with similar rate but better offer. I was just unlucky. But never again.

Disgusting! Pillows are black with stains. Towels are torn and still wet. Even my kitchen rags. Bedsheets have stains of blood. Just not worth a single penny. If you must stay, please bring your own bedsheets, towels, pillows. Or find another hotel! I wish I could sleep tonight. It's a horror!
