This is not hotel. This is home! Truly hospitality from the heart, best services, best staffs. They are all friendly, easy going and never failed to make me impressed, I felt like being treated as family. One day a staff say hello to me and we chat. Find out later he was the General Manager (Can't wait to meet you again Mr Ari). Rooms are clean and very comfortable for long stay. The location is perfect and strategic.

Spending my 2nd birthday staycation at Sutasoma Hotel was a great choice🥳💛. Everything inside the hotel is exactly like what they've advertised. And I think it's even better! Top notch services with friendly staffs. Literally only 2 mins from MRT blok a station, with many restaurant & cafe around. Nice touch of modern Javanese interior design. Fast WiFi for work & streaming, I was even able to upgrade my 2 gadgets OS at the same time. The best part is… their bedroom! Once you lied down, you would've wished to stay there forever 😂🤣. For me Sutasoma Hotel is definitely one of the best 4 stars hotel in Jakarta. I really wish to go back there sooner but it's often fullbooked now. No wonder why ya😆
