The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

Honestly, it is neither awesome nor unsatisfying. The guest room was a bit dingy. The bed cover, bed sheet and pillow covers had too much stains on it to not feel a bit disgusted upon seeing it. The table where they put the coffee and tea making tools was not well cleaned (had ants running around the table). All in all, the guest room was definitely in need of a better maintenance. Hopefully, business will get better soon so that the hotel management can provide better maintenance. On the bright side, the location was definitely strategic; The area offers a lot of choices for foods! If you're taking public transportation to get to the hotel, it is located within walking distance from MRT blok m bca and Blok m bus Terminal (definitely easy to get there!). The room price for one night without breakfast was pretty cheap, considering it 's Jakarta. AC and hot water also worked well (please bring your own toiletries as it is not provided by the hotel). The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, I don't mind coming back again.

I book this room for My dad and my sister and they are very happy to stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. Very Strategic place, near to MRT station, malls and many things to stroll around nearby. The breakfast buffets really satisfying. Will come again for the next visit :)

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. Thank you Sotis hotel, see you on another staycation.

It was a great experience. Stayed here for few days during my home renovation. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and they clean it in daily basis. I asked for extra chair as we needed to WFH during the stay, and they provided it. The foods were amazing; Plenty, varies, and taste good. The location is strategic. It is also connected to Dharmawangsa Square so you can eat, go to salon or buy snacks at Ranch Market. There is also Bebek Goreng Pak Joko Putera nearby which you should try!

Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

They are all friendly, easy going and never failed to make me impressed, I felt like being treated as family. One day a staff say hello to me and we chat. The staff is really friendly and helpful, one of the most awesome is Mr. Adrian in front office. He 's such a delightful fellow. The hotel itself have a rooftop bar with good ambience and scenery. It is well located in Kemang Area so we can go to restaurants by foot.
