Hotels near Purboyo Terminal

Very disappointed. I booked superior room, upon my arrival it was downgraded to standard and no explanation was given. I also had selected wifi when booking, yet, there was no wifi. I called and I was told to use the lobby 's wifi. Room was very dirty and dusty. Very unfriendly receptionists as if she was forced to work there. Madiun is a beautiful city, yet, I will never go to this hotel ever again. And I will also make sure neither of my friends go there as well. Terrible experience.

Oke sesuai harga. Lokasi strategis dekat tempat makan.

Please give the punishment for the worker of the hotel, The worker don't have a good attitude for the customer!

Hotel tdk punya toilet utk tamu di lobby, adanya toilet utk driver di lokasi parkir yg sepi and super Kotor tdk pernah di bersihkan. Ijin utk ke kmr pun tdk bs. Dan resepsionis yg bertugas jgn tdk fleksible dlm merespon keperluan pelanggan utk buang air kecil. Kamar semut di bwh kasus.

Desain kamarnya cukup bagus dan minimalis, lokasi hotelnya pun strategis. Namun ada beberapa hal yang dapat di-improve, seperti wadah sabun mungkin bisa dicek secara berkala karena di kamar yang saya tempati sepertinya agak rusak dan isinya tumpah ke bath tubnya. Kemudian beberapa sudut kamar berdebu dan ada bagian dari kasur yang masih terlihat sisa noda, begitu juga dengan curtain bath tubnya. Bagian kloset bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi kebersihannya.
