Nice place will come back again

Good location, just lack of room service, long waiting for our food order on 1st night there.

The hotel ambience is so nice, everything is good. Even the breakfast taste so good. The staff also friendly. Will be back again everytime in Bandung

It's an old-fashioned hotel. The room is spacious enough for parents and toddlers, but unfortunately, the bathroom is damp with no air circulation and smells musty.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind, they support check out in the first of the morning. But you could improve better in bathroom area, the smell, the rusty spot are visible.

The staff was very polite and the room was good.

mo wifi. dirty and stinky bedroom, there are 2 light bulb off. no hot water,, shower broken. the staff not change bed linen, pillow case, towel and everything. I complain then they change everything in the bed room. AC are very noisy. this is my first and my last to stay at this hotel. I have video but can't upload.

Overall good, just obsolete furniture need to refurbish.
