The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

It's an old-fashioned hotel. The room is spacious enough for parents and toddlers, but unfortunately, the bathroom is damp with no air circulation and smells musty.

mo wifi. dirty and stinky bedroom, there are 2 light bulb off. no hot water,,
shower broken. the staff not change bed linen, pillow case, towel and everything. I complain then they change everything in the bed room. AC are very noisy. this is my first and my last to stay at this hotel. I have video but can't upload.
