Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel especially Andre who gave us free upgrade of room. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary birthday cake. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

As expected a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service! Tho I only stayed for 1 night, but I feel recharged already. The best part of this hotel is the mini waterfall in the mini rain forest, oh and the Koi pond is so lovely! I have the best sleep listening to the sound of the waterfall, since my room oa facing towards it. Another best part is that this hotel located in the city, so delivering food to the hotel is super easy! Will definitely go back with my family asap!

MG Suites Hotel Semarang
I recently stayed at mg suites, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was very spacious, and all the facilities worked well. I really appreciated the thoughtful addition of a large refrigerator, which allowed me to store plenty of food. The air conditioning was well-maintained and functioned perfectly, making my stay comfortable. I liked the overall room layout, especially the fact that the shower and toilet were separated—it made things more convenient. However, cleanliness should be a priority, particularly for the bed and towels. I encountered some bed bugs and a tomcat, which, while bearable, made me note to bring bug spray for my next visit. The Wi-Fi had occasional issues, but it was still fine for chatting, though not reliable for video calls or Zoom meetings. There was also a minor plumbing issue where the toilet sometimes leaked into the shower area. Despite these drawbacks, I had a good stay. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to go anywhere, and the price is quite reasonable for what you get. With a bit of improvement in cleanliness and maintenance, this place could be even better!
