Room number 214 AC always turns off even though it has been set for no timer al the results of the room are not cold and stuffy, electricity continues to run, the wastafle is leaking, hot water is not functioning, already calling the employee he said he wants to be repaired or move rooms but to no avail. It's cheap, it's cheap, but it's not like that.

WC% dirty bathroom, smelly water, also a dead end, order 4 rooms that one is not in place because the room smells like a toilet, plus the best air conditioner is extremely cold.

Please repair the service of the security guard who is not polite. If you just knock on the door, don't be like angry people. This should be the guest who reprimands the security guard and others. snobby looks like the security guard there! disappointing anyway! Not recommend!

There are too many rules to lose to a 5-star hotel even though this is just a guest house, the receptionist who is a real bitchy girl talks to people where the eyes are, the bathroom is not clean, the water uses drilled water, it smells like tags and hair so hard.

I suggest not to stay here. The air conditioner is off, and there is no solution to moving rooms or anything. the room has no window, you can imagine how stuffy it is, the room is dirty, the sheets and blankets are damp and smelly, the bathroom is very dirty. His intention to rest was that he couldn't sleep because the AC was off. And another security guard / receptionist is not friendly at all. Knocked on door to remind check-out until 2 times, with very loud knock on door. really disappointing.

I swear at this Pelita hotel I really don't recommend it! The security did not know the courtesy of passing in front of guests, there was no greeting, the receptionist was talking to the customer, he did not want to see his face and staying there could not be more than two people, everything had to be fined! Security really does not have the attitude of the customer's motto without permission. lots of regulations but bad facilities. The sink also leaked the walls were dirty. One minute late check-out deducts 50,000 deposit. Stained spots and can still be washed, but asked to cut a 200 thousand deposit. I swear I don't recommend and I won't come back to this hotel again.

1. Check-in time is 13.30 but I was told to wait until 14.10 for about 40 minutes in the lobby, the reason the receptionist's room was still not cleaned. it's not funny. Customers are told to check out promptly at 12.00 if passing a penalty, there is no compensation for late entry. 2. The water is very smelly like well water and the color is yellow. Plus there are no cold and hot water taps. So I took a very hot shower. 3. On the blanket there are yellow patches and it is uncomfortable to sleep.
