My experience is that the small room has a fan and the bathroom is outside, so I didn't end up staying here and looked for another place to stay because the money was lost and couldn't be refunded. The place is quite clean, the lighting is lacking, the receptionist is friendly.

There weren't many photos because we came late at night after work was finished to stop to sleep and tomorrow morning had to return to our hometown. With the price of so many facilities and narrow room size, this is quite expensive. Coincidentally, I came without being asked for my personal data 😩. Hopefully the service can be improved.

I ordered for my parents, they really went alone for the first time. And the hotel staff was really very helpful & served my parents very well. Even the ID card was left behind, they were very helpful for the return process. Starting from the staff, OB, to the security, the service was very good. ❤.

The hotel staff are very friendly, the receptionists and housekeeping are very friendly, when checking in and checking out they were served well, the rooms are clean, the lobby is clean and tidy, peaceful, very satisfying to stay overnight at the Morphosis Villa 🥰.

Thank you Bayu Nugroho for your visit. And we apologize for the inconvenience. When handing over the room keys, we made sure the closet was functioning properly because of our SOP before checking in, the officers double checked the normal equipment and supplies. If there are problems with guest use, just complain to us. And we will definitely make sure there is a technician to fix it or our solution is to replace it with a new room. But here, Sis, there were no complaints during use until checking out. Next time, just complain straight away, it's okay. For channels, we are currently still in the project stage from analog TV to digital broadcasting because there are a lot of rooms so we need a network and time for the system, sis. Thank You.

I have stayed here before, under a different name. This time I ordered breakfast included for 2 people but only got a plate of sausage and potatoes with orange juice, how come one plate for two people? That's really weird. And my 2 year old child didn't get anything. Even though all the employees were kind and helpful, I was disappointed with the breakfast, a few minutes after I finished breakfast, an employee brought the same food as me and put it under the table, I don't know if I actually got 2 plates or just 1 for two people, but this is weird.

Brother ordered 1 room with medium breakfast with a budget of 40 thousand for 2 people (according to the real proof photo that you posted no edit) menu of potato sausage and 2 glasses of orange juice. We think the price is appropriate and there are no oddities in what we present, sis. If served on 1 plate with consideration of husband and wife in 1 room. Please review according to facts and reality, sis, so that you can become a wise human being.

Letaknya di perumahan elite ya guys jadi dipastikan aman. Kamar dan toilet bersih, yang bikin aku amaze adalah mbak-mbak recepcionist nya baik banget sumpah. Aku di kasih peralatan mandi lengkap 🥹 mau beli harus cash sedangkan aku jarang pegang cash 😩 thankyou banget Mbak nya 🫶.
