シャワーの枠からお湯がかなりの勢いで漏れる。
1番は浴衣を置いてる引き出しに髪の毛がおちてました。残念です。

車いすユーザーには向かないホテル。バリアフリーバスルームのリクエストをし、何の返信もなかった為、問題なくリクエストできたと思っていましたが、部屋はバリアフリーバスルームではなく、チェンジリクエストをしたらバリアフリーバスルーム自体がホテルには無いとの返答だった。バリアフリーバスルームが無いのならリクエストした時点で連絡するべきだ。風呂はホテル以外の施設を探して入るしかなかった。カード決済時の暗証番号入力も車いすユーザーでは届かない高さのカウンター上に機器があり、わざわざ言わないと機器を届く場所に移動しないなど、スタッフの教育も全くできていない。

トイレとバスタブが別なところが良かったです。
ゆっくりお風呂に浸かれました。
朝のコメダモーニングもホテル一階でアクセスが良かったです。
駐車場だけ、少し離れた場所に案内されました。

洗面、お風呂場の床に髪の毛がたくさん落ちていました。用意されていたバスマットにも髪の毛がかかっていたし、洗面のところにもたくさん落ちていたので気持ち悪かったです。よく見たらアメニティが置かれているところにほこりがたまっていました。
テレビ前の卓や机や、ベッド上の棚にもうすくほこりがかかっていたので、掃除されてないのかな？と思いました。
部屋を変えてもらおうかとも思いましたが、こんなことで言うのも申し訳ないかなと思って言えませんでした。
そのほかはまったく問題なく、スタッフさんも親切で助かりました。
2泊3日ありがとうございました。
