The service was excellent and the staff was fantastic. Everything was clean and maintained.
It's a little out of the way from Kumamoto City but it's worth the commute. The hotel's located in a quiet area with a convenience store and a small mall nearby. The train station is about a five-minute walk away from the hotel.
As someone who's stayed in many hotels, I highly recommend this hotel.

朝食も凄く美味しくていつもこちらに泊まっています。ただ、蛇口のところとトイレ裏に大きい汚れがありました。トイレの便座があたたかかったら更に良かったです。
大浴場も良かったです。

出張利用ですが、部屋も落ち着いており、
仕事もしやすく、露天風呂にはサウナが
ついており、仕事の疲れを十二分に癒し

最寄りの肥後大津駅までは徒歩圏内で、
空港から肥後大津までは無料シャトルバス
も出ているようです。
地域的にタクシーの予約が大変なのですが
いつも対応頂いており、助かっています。
部屋は清潔で、全てが揃っており、
とても快適に過ごせます。
大浴場には露天風呂、サウナもついており、
疲れを十分に癒してくれます。
スタッフの対応もとても良く、いつも気持ち
よく出迎えてくれます
