The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day.

GWの始まりに予約の件で大失敗をしてしまいました。どうしようもなく大分旅行事態を諦めようとしていたところ、とても親切に対応してくださいました。親子共々、安心して快適に過ごすことができました。全てのスタッフ様のお心遣いに感謝いたします。本当にありがとうございました。

ficoに名前が変わった初日に利用した。 全館禁煙で有り難かった。部屋で、土足ゾーンとスリッパゾーンが分けられているのが、清潔で良い。ロビーには無料コーヒーがある。 翌日、午前中の航空便に乗るために利用したが、空港道路に行きやすく、アクセスが良い。近所に大きなスーパーがあり、食料調達にも便利。
