세명의 가족이 묶기에 부족함 없이 넓었고, 대욕장 역시 너무 좋았습니다.

It was ok. No baby crib available. The baby area is not baby safe, my child cut her head open on one of the tables bc they have sharp edges and had to go to the emergency room. There was mold on the vents in the room and the carpets were pretty dirty.

This property was advertised as having a nice outdoor pool. One of the first pictures is of a beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the ocean. That was the only reason we chose this hotel, but unfortunately the pool was closed. They said it was out of season... it was early July and boiling hot. It is false advertising to show a pool as the main marketing picture and then only have it be open limited times of the year. I can see if it was the middle of the winter but it was July and extremely hot out. They need to mention that the pool is not open.

Nice location however somewhat remote from the center of things if you are visiting Beppu. Ocean views are nice. Open wide and spacious hotel. Pool is available at certain times but is an extra fee even for guests. Expedia mentions nothing of this. Recommend hotel as long as you know the details

You have to eat dinner and breakfast at huge banquet hall, the hall was very crowded. There was no bell boys, so you have to carry your luggage by yourself. Dinner was Chinese and it was not good.

Loved our stay! Beautiful view of the mountains and part of the bay. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great, huge selection for every taste. They only offer a public bath but it has a great outdoors view, a sauna and an awesome shampoo bar. The massage therapist was great as well. We definitely recommend this resort and will definitely return!

Second stay. At check in, they handed me a translated sheet that informed me I had to cover my tattoos in the public bath. I always carry a cover up just in case. I’m glad they did inform me. Very clean lobby, rooms, and dining areas. Last year summer pool was great (music, all you can drink, toys, lights) but those amenities were closed. Might be open next month.

We selected the Hello Kitty Twin room and it was dreamy! My daughter was over the room in love with this hotel and with our stay. They made her birthday extra special by decorating her cake with fruits, candles, and fireworks! Great stay can’t wait to visit again!!
