ホテルに止められなかった事だけ残念でしたが、モーニングのバイキングの種類が多く、どれも美味しかった！

ラウンジが明るいので仕事したりするなら
そこがオススメかもしれません。

チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズで、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。
また不明なことは電話することなくチャットgptですぐに解決できよかったです。
一つだけお部屋の暗さが気になりました。化粧する時に暗くて陽の光を利用してやっとできました。
それ以外は最高によかったです。熊本に来たらまた利用したいと思います。

新しいホテルです。部屋が暗くてデスクはありませんので仕事はできないでしょう。バスタブはありません。バスタオルハンガーが見当たりませんでした。ハンガーをかけるフックが太くて使いづらいです。朝食は素晴らしいです。

裝潢簡單漂亮
日本的商務旅館的感覺
整個空間都小小的
合作停車場離飯店比較遠一點
唯一的缺點就是裡面的燈太有氣氛
整個房間都好暗，想寫個日記只能開檯燈在檯燈下寫

The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy. If you want a customer come back to your hotel train your staff be friendly able adjusted for small request.

施設は全体的にとてもお洒落でした。お部屋も空間を最大限いかせるようにデザインされていて、色も落ち着いていて素敵でした。
今回はシャワーはあるが浴槽がないタイプのお部屋で、事前に調べきれてなかったのもありますがそこが残念でした。
受付の前にアメニティがあり、飲み物が豊富で紅茶やルイボス、健康茶だけでなくスープ類もあり楽しめました。
