Excellent. Room was great - modern, clean and a bit bigger than most rooms have found in Japan for the price. We reckoned it was the best place we stayed all trip and we stayed in some considerably pricier joints.
Staff were accommodating to requests - pleasant and professional.
The place has a cool vibe between hotel and hostel - it has both types of rooming - lots of great social spaces. Nice rooftop garden and cafe downstairs and computer/chill area on 2nd floor.
Over from Wales for the world cup another example of champion Japanese hospitality. Location v good too not far from station and very close to monorail and some supermarkets and great restaurants. would return if in Kyushu for sure - especially if Wales makes the final. C'mon Cymru!

距離鬧區有些距離，很安靜，整個氛圍很棒
房間很大很舒服，洗澡不一定要用房間的，b1有淋浴間和大浴場很棒
15:00-21:00的免費飲料很讚
服務人員很親切
但烘衣機的效果不好，建議一天就要烘一次

酒店很有時代感，職員大部份是年青人，用英文溝通也可以，大堂旁邊有大朋友聚腳休息和有玩具給小朋友玩的地方，這方面很有特色，其他酒店很少見，還有自助放行李的地方，自己負責行李的鎖匙，不需要聯絡櫃檯職員取行李，這點很方便。

部屋に入った瞬間のカビくささ以外は快適に過ごせた。連泊だったのて掃除不要を選択したが、スリッパが毎回なかったのと、部屋の説明書には水のボトルをくれると記載されていたのにもらえなかった。

全体的にきれいで、また、丁寧な対応で嬉しかったです。壁がうすく、廊下の声が丸聞こえ、隣の部屋の人の声が聞こえる、外の謎の音がうるさい時があることについては、マイナスでした。

チェックインの時、名前がないですと言われ結構時間がかかった。
予約確認メールも来てたし、予約画面見せたりして何とか対応してくれたのでよかったのですが、空きがなくて入れないとなったらどうしようと不安になりました。ホテル自体はオシャレで可愛くて大好きです!!
ただHOTELs.COMさんとの連携が上手くいっていないのか、今後こんな風に予約できてないと言われたらどうしようと不安になる一件でした。
原因の解明をお願いしたいです。
