ホテル周辺は山の方だったので、夜は街灯が少なく運転に気を付けて下さい。冬だったので、暗くて少し怖かったです。家族旅行で素泊まりでしたが、スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、客室も綺麗に清掃されておりました。温泉も広くて、温度もちょうど良く6歳の娘も大喜びでした。打ち上げ花火も素晴らしかったです!

ホテルが山の中に立っている感じなので、周りにはほとんど何もなく、とても静かな環境でした！お風呂も大きく、ゆったりと過ごせました。
ホテル内は、年季は感じますが綺麗にされていて、客室や客室内のトイレお風呂も綺麗でした！

バイキングも色んな種類あって美味しかったです。

大浴場の更衣室の壁などが剥がれたままになっていました。建物が古いのは仕方ないと思いますが、古くても大切に使われている施設は沢山あります。そのような施設と比べると、やや劣ると思います。

部屋にあるシャワーのお湯の調節が難しい。子供が水浸しにしてしまった。温泉に入らない人もいるのでわかりやすい仕様にして欲しい。朝食のビュッフェは種類もたくさんあって楽しかった。フルーツが茶色になって実もボソボソになっていたので悲しかったです。

台風時の宿泊でしたが チェックインは15時とのことで大勢でフロントに列を作って待たされました 台風の時としては、適切で無い官僚的対応でガッカリしました

これは写真ではきれいに見えますが何せ立地 夜のチェクインでは驚く位のへんぴ辺ぴ勿論周囲にはコンビニすら陰も形もありません よほどでない限り次は無いと確信しています。難関インターからは近くですが後は山の中です。
飲み物や何か少しつまみたい物があればホテルに入る前にぜひ買っていくことをお勧めします。

とても広々としていて立地も良かった。スタッフの対応もホテルらしい対応で優雅な気持ちで快適に過ごせた。
平日だった事もあってか、以前はきっと賑わっていただろうと感じる寂れ感はあったが、古いなりに手入れをしている姿が端々で見られた。
値段相応だと思う。

ゴールデンウィーク中での急な対応に感謝しました。ヴェルデさんにも電話しましたが、こちらの応対に安心して決めました。バイキングも、とても良かったです♪強いて言えば建物が立派ですが少し古く感じました。

以前から利用してますが、大自然の環境の中温泉やジムもあり快適に過ごせます。コロナの影響で、ランチバイキングが出来なかったのが唯一残念でした。又、利用したいです。
