침대 푹신하고 작은 캐리어 펼치고 생활할 수 있어요. 침대도 넓고 침대헤드에 콘센트 있어서 편해요. 근데 불 끄는건 좀 불편함 1인실은 욕조없어요. 샤워부스 작아서 불편한데 그거말고는 다 좋았어요. 커피포트도 있고 난방 잘되고 창문도 있어서 환기도 가능. 방음 안된다고 하던데 잘돼요. 암막커튼 일 개잘하니까 알람 여러개 맞추세요. 직원도 친절해요. 재방문 의사 있음.

The location is very convenient for some sightseeing, shops, dining. Near temple areas, quiet & not crowded unless you go to the bars & nightlife areas. The room was quite smaller than we expected.

シャワー室のお掃除が、自宅で個人がするお掃除のレベルで、プロフェッショナルな清潔さがなく、所々カビがあり、気持ち悪かったです。時々、プロの清掃を入れて、漂白・除菌・抗菌などされた方が良いと思います。
それ以外は、場所は櫛田神社の通り内にあるので、中洲川端にも徒歩で行け、博多駅も徒歩で15分くらいで行けるので便利です。近くにも24時間のマックスバリューがありました。
またホテルの周りは神社やお寺などのある旧市街なので、情緒あふれていてとても素敵な街並みです。

There was a ton of black mold on the vent of our shower. When we asked to move rooms, they refused to move us to a different room, and instead only offered to clean the room again the following day.

5連泊しました。無人ホテルは初めてでした。フロントは「無人」という意味でした。スタッフの方々とは何回も会えて、気持ちよく応対してくださり、安心して過ごせました。
朝食サービスを期待していたのですが、廃止となっていました。残念でしたが仕方がありません。朝7時からコーヒーが使えることになっているようですが（24時間使えるかと思っていましたが・・・）7時になっても電源が入らなかったり、コーヒーマシンが故障したりしていたので、クレームを入れさせていただきました。すぐに対応してくださり、滞在の後半は毎日おいしくいただけました。
バスルームの給湯ですが、勢いよく流すとほぼ水になります。水量を控えめにすると、温水をバスタブに溜めることができます。故障かと思ってクレームを入れてしまいました。
もう一点。隣の部屋の会話（通話？）がよく響いてきます。アメニティに「みみせん」がたくさんあります。みみせん、お勧めです。

チェックイン、アウトともにスムーズに済ませられて気楽。シャワーが極端に狭いという口コミがあり心配したが、体格の良い私でも特に問題なく使用できた。何より立地が抜群に良かった。どこに行くにも便利。近隣にも美味しいお店多数。1Fで無料で飲めるデロンギのコーヒーも美味しかった。Wi-Fi環境も速度は十分出ていて快適。トイレの仕切りが扉ではなくロールスクリーンというのはどうなんだろとは思った。あと壁の薄さは他の人の口コミ通り。ほとんど寝に帰ってくるだけだったので私は全く気にならなかったけど。
また博多来る時は利用したい。

The room is really small for 2 people. I can't stand comfortable for bath (178cm) . The location is good and near MTR Station and quiet environment. There are 24 hours Aeon Markets. We take taxi from airport to hotel is within 20 minutes.

最寄りのコンビニ(ファミマ)まで徒歩3分程度。
博多駅まで1km程度、天神駅まで1.5km。
景色を楽しみながら歩ける距離です。
チェックインもタブレットで即終わります。
チェックアウトも部屋にタブレットで1クリック。
周囲も静かな雰囲気。
入り口に喫煙スペースもあるので喫煙者もそこまで不便じゃ無いと思います。

風呂が狭い以外は、ホテルとしては十分。フロントがなく、無くしそうなキーやカードキーなどが存在せず暗証番号で、フラっと外に出ても問題ないのはありがたい。
予約時(8月)には朝食があるということであったが、2024年10月21日から廃止で、さすがに予約後にサービスが変わるのはどうかと思われた。
また、WiFiが異様に遅く、PCでGmailやGoogle Mapsすら開けず、動画サービスなどもないので、ホテルでネット中継などをみたい人には全くおすすめできない。
