Checking into the hotel went good, but their Check-in machine did not recognize my confirmation number when trying to check-in that way. Staff was great and kind. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Their parking is pricey, but was told you will have a spot for your parking; however I didn’t not utilize it because it was cheaper to park at the coin parking right next to the hotel.

There is a public carpark nearby and convenient. Complimentary drinks and coffee for guests in late afternoon which is excellent ! There is complimentary bath salt for guests but as I am busy during the whole trip that I’m not able to enjoy hot bath at my shower room

Should be the best for dollar near by.
Center of the Fukuoka. And free shuttle to the station.
It can't be wrong. My next stay in Fukuoka.
We tried a few others but this is the best for the buck so far. The rest are either too small or old.

15 mins walk to Hakata Station so good connections for travel and the same distance to Canal City, a shopping centre with riverside street food stalls. The hotel itself was dated in places, walls very thin, pillows very poor, room decoration was tired and bed right against the wall. Often can hear noise from other rooms or the corridor. Free facilities like the drinks, toiletries and bath salts were time-limited.

A nice stay, room and toilet are clean and have everything we need for 2 nights stay. They offered welcome drinks on check in (non alcohol) and have free shuttle bus service (in the morning till 11.30am). Staff at the counter are friendly and speaks English 😊

Had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Trad Hakata. As mentioned, the hotel is not near the Hakata station, about 15 min walk. There are other stations to take, but all are about 15 min walk away. If you don't mind walking, this hotel is for you. if not, there is also a bus stop nearby which is very convenient.

Major issue was the noise - poor noise insulation means that I had very poor sleep due to incessantly noisy neighbours, and the vent in my room was producing some weird sound throughout the night that's not due to controls from my room. Besides the noise, the hotel is highly recommended - spacious room, good amenities, helpful staff, walkable to Canal City Hakata, a bus stop nearby.

Disappointed at being given a low floor room close to the coin laundry area hence noisy throughout the stay. The room was dated and slightly dirty but spacious by Japan's standards. Hotel provides a good range of amenities and is very close to Canal City.
