最新システムで全てセルフチェックインチェックアウト。質問もAIで何でもいつでも聞けて回答がすぐ！ベッドも広くて大人2人で寝ても十分の広さ。HPには部屋にTVなしとあるが小さいTVはあった。バスタオルの毛羽が身体につくのが残念だった😢

The room is spacious and the bed is able to accommodate 2 persons. Room is generally clean but the air conditioning unit is for sure requiring some cleaning. Transportation is limited and only visitor with private transportation is recommended.

駅前からも、中心街からも、最寄りコンビニからもちょっとあります。車がないときびしい。全館禁煙は高く評価します。木の香りの残る新築建物にも良いことだと思います。管理人不在の宿泊施設は、宿泊者自身の制御装置が鈍くなりやす印象です。同宿人に快適さがゆだねられてしまうのはちょっと.....。愛煙家の皆様には恐縮ですが、喫煙場所をもう少し玄関前の動線から外してもらえると〇。皆の意識が近ければよいのですが。

総合的には非常に満足です。問い合わせの電話応対の先を外部委託しているようで日本語がおぼつかない外国の方だったので要領が得ずうまく伝わらず困った。メールでの返信を求められたが、自動配信のようで返信できず、結局電話するしか手立てがなかったとかホテルのサービスは良かった分、そのあたりが残念

5/2～3にかけて一泊しましたが、209号室の私のみ朝食のおかずが準備されておらず、残念でした。でも、お味噌汁をおかわりしたので大丈夫です。
