The Celecton is a wonderful hotel. The onsen was very nice. It was my first time going to an onsen, and this one was small and relaxing. The facilities were excellent and clean. Most of the times that I went to the onsen it was empty, so I had the bath to myself. It was very pleasant.

An amazing experience! This is my second time staying here and I will continue to stay here for all my future Kurume trips. The front desk staff is always accomodating and polite and the meal staff is incredibly endearing.

Hotel is very clean, everything looks new. Room is simple but smart, public bath was great (please, add a clock in the public bath or in the dressing room). Breakfast is quite simple and ends quite early. Overall, I really liked the hotel, would definitely use it again!

We had a great stay. Great location. Everything and everywhere is within walking distance. Good breakfast spread. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Will recommend and stay again.

遅くのチェックインだったのでホテル駐車場が先着順とのことで満車でした。なので有料駐車場利用となってしまいました。同じ日の宿泊なのに無料にはならない不平等感はあります。
チェックインのフロントも部屋番号のカード等を渡されましたが、何階ですとかエレベータの場所等案内不足と感じました。
施設全体綺麗だったのですが、大浴場入口引き戸の脱衣場側の扉が埃だらけで、不快でした。
それから、ツインの部屋でエアコンが一晩中カタカタ音がしてほとんど眠れず、母は翌日体調不良でした。

2回目の利用です。大浴場もホテル自体もとても良いです。何度も利用したいとは思ってます。
ただ、ひとつ改善していただきたいことが、冷蔵庫です。小さくてもいいので置いて欲しいです。現在設置されているのは意味がなく、全く冷蔵庫として機能していません。宜しくお願いします！あとは何も不満ありません。
