The staff showed no willingness to help, even when they saw the guest struggling to lift items. They pretended not to notice.

M Suites Hotel
Booked the 3 bedroom suites, the room given was very bad. Dust everywhere and the fridge was very dirty. Called the room service but no respond until the third call. The room itself feel like it never been occupied by anyone. Finally the hotel agreed to change our room to another level. Unfortunately, at night 'someone' would ring the room's bell.

Golden Leaf Boutique Hotel
If you can please choose other place but if you insist carry on with your choice. Starting off with the room, it was noisy as the wall was thin as paper. The next door was shouting and talking like there is no tomorrow. Playing cards (might be drunk) and so on you name it until I don't know like two or three in the morning. Oh my God you imagine, the rest time you need with the noise; It was worst than a nightmare. The good part was the bed was incredible good and comfy for the price.

Wifi too slow, not cleaning the room for 2 night and staff not friendly also. Not recommended at all.

Why I should pay them & Traveloka make people bluffing
That’s not right way take money from others $130 deposit they only return $95 doller how came
