Dissapointed. Room not as per advertised in app.
Advertisement photos showed room with window. Upon arriving, no window. And we are not allowed to upgrade. Ended up felt suffocated.

Swan Garden Hotel Johor
As a budget hotel, room cleanliness and space were satisfactory. However, the air-conditioning in two rooms was poorly maintained and faulty. Despite complaints, no action was taken, and the staff falsely claimed the issue was resolved. Stayed for 2 nights.

TS Hotel Taman Rinting
Rooms are not well maintained and the bathroom floors are dirty. The furniture are old and damaged. There were small black ants on the bed.
