Just an old building and small room.

The staff was amiable & accomodating. Love the room & ambiance there.

The hotel is clean and spacious with a huge car park, near the river. The river view from the hotel is invigorating and the tall tower beside the hotel is very impressive. I enjoyed the bathroom facilities, especially, the shower with water coming down like a waterfall. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Getting a good meal is not a problem. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who would travel to Kuantan.

I love very much. Cherating Inn! Will come back again In Shaa Allah. The room is so spacious for a big family like me. 8 persons, comfortable, and clean. Swimming pool is just in front of our room. Only food is just so so.

The staffs are very friendly. They even know who hasn’t had their breakfast and who had. The location is near IIUM. Serve foods very well. The room is also clean. Thank you.

All good except you'll be charged if you need extra sugar or creamer, they did not provide separately but to pay for another set of hot beverages. Even it 's only RM5 😌.

A lot of noise which can't sleep well, dirty floor and bathroom.
