Dirty room, no maintenance to facilities, bad service. Looks like a place ready to shut. Do not use this resort!

bathroom seems not safe. the bed not comfortable, feel the springs when lied down. Service was good.

The accommodation look exactly like the picture. Comfy, spacious, clean. Worth it with the price. Near the jetty to pulau kapas, Masjid, wet market Marang, food stalls, banks, Mr. Diy etc. All walking distance. Me and my wife enjoy this holiday. I stay 2 night at this hotel. And daytrip to pulau kapas.

The beach was very nice with coral and nemo fish just near the beach. but the room toilet not very clean.with sand and moss. my room also got a an insect beside toilet bowl. management need to pay attention more on room toilet cleanliness. others was very nice with view. very good for relaxing.

Couldn't get the room as booked. The employee was not present during the check-in process and had to wait a long time and there was a misunderstanding between the customer and the hotel staff leading to the wrong room.
