Nice place & I'll back to vacation with my fam

Great location, one of the highest around.

The room is spacious. But staff at reception isn't friendly and I found my booking was no show after midnight while I am check in already in the afternoon. I booked 2 rooms, 1 room I get the key at 15 pm but other room still cleaning, I came back at 12 midnight and they couldn't find my other booking and they told me it's no show.

Toilet not too clean. Room quite small. The view is awesome. I got mosque view. The pool, awesome. Very clean. Not crowded. My kids very hepy. Will repeat

The reception staff are not friendly; Zero smiles and unfriendly tone. Staff should be trained to smile while attending to guests. There 's not enough hotel umbrella to use during raining, to walk across the road to the mall. Quite frustrating! Having said that, the breakfast spread is great. Room is comfy though the TV has limited channels and screen is blur.

The reception counter is not located under the one room. We need to walk about 200 meter to check in or validated the parking access. There are a lot of under roof parking space. The 1 bedroom is spacious with balcony and simple kitchenet. The cleanliness not at the top norch but still acceptable. The only thing is the pillow is too thin and old.

Good stayed. Once check in, TV cannot open, staff upgrade to premium room. Good and nice staff.
