It was a good experience. If you don’t fancy going out anymore, you can just stay and enjoy the whole place. They have their own beach too. They have great shuttle service up to the front gate and then just go on an etrike to dmall for Php 20 each. Very convenient. The staff at the buffet table are very attentive to your needs namely, Leth, Ralph and Vincent. The only comment is that I was with a PWD. I think there needs to be more awareness of their needs. Its jot easy for them to go on the van as there is nothing to hold on to. The cubby golf cart would be more convenient.

It's 15-20mins away from Dmall. They only serve complimentary breakfast there's no food after 10am. Its a struggle hike from the gate going up to your room. I had an allergic reaction to the first meal I had, good thing they have an in house nurse. But I don't think ill be going back. Maybe if they provide a shuttle or an etrike from their gate going up in front of your building and a food service, maybe ill go back. But if it's going to still be like this, I will discourage people to check in from this hotel especially the elderly and PWD's since they don't even have elevators. Overall experience 5/10 ill give 5 because of the view cleanliness and the accommodating staffs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quite distant from the beach, good thing they have scheduled free shuttle service to Station 2. Great value.

2 days here, wrong last name cannot log in to wifi, we didn't use the terminal fee because first 2 days in other hotel, then they ask terminal fee, 2 times per person, other hotel is included.- Environment Fee in snorkeling only 40 pesos x 2 person x 2 days = 160 pesos. And this is your private beach, I think no need Environment fee.- Sundry charges is nonsense. Service s*cks, price not worth, place too far, food normal and pricey, pool open until 8pm, beach open until 6pm. Better stay in others. Near station 2, near many bars, pool open until 10pm.

It was very good hotel. Service is perfect.

Staff is not friendly the food is expensive and the chef taste for salt is too strong and no pool we didn't finish our stay we just stay for one night and transfer in other hotel.

Too far from the beach, poor maintenance of facilities, incomplete room materials upon arrival.
