The customer service of bayview staff was excellent. At the frontdesk, they are all smiling and ready for my inquiries and request. Thank you for granting my requests and for the room upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. My family enjoyed swimming in the deck pool which was clean and spacious too. Overall we enjoyed and we had a great time staying at Bayview Park Hotel. Surely we will plan another staycation there. Kudos!

It was a great one night stay with Paragon Tower. The rooms are big and clean. We booked family rooms. And we are 8 pax each room. It should be only 6 per room. But we added 2 more each room. The lady in the reception (i forgot her name) she is the best! She accommodated us with a smile and fixed our rooms so we can all stay there. May God bless you. Paragon Tower. Thank you and see you next year! We’ll be booking the same rooms. 😍

This accommodation ticks all the boxes for a perfect hotel! The rooms were clean and smells very nice! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever! We always had a hard time getting up in the morning. The wifi is fast, the tv and cable tv has ample channels. Extra pillows are free of charge. They even let us check in early as 12:30 without additional payment as our room was already prepared. The staff were very professional, quick to their decision making and attentive. We had no trouble in the check in and check out. The hotel is situated close to binondo church, ongpin st and divisoria. Intramuros is a good 20 min walk via jones bridge. Red planet hotels are always are go-to hotel when we are in cebu or davao. The service and the accommodation is consistent wherever we decide to check in in any of their branche that's why we prefer this hotel over anywhere else. At red planet, we are assured of a good rest and sleep, comfortable rooms, courteous staff and safety. Plus it was really comfortably priced!

This hotel's excellent customer service is what sets it apart from other hotels in Manila. We really felt like VIPs during our stay in Ramada. The room was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was great and they gave us lots of free treats. With their service, we felt like we got so much more than what we paid for. Fersal Hotel Manila
Staffs were not accommodating. They did not help us or find way for our luggage to have storage at the hotel after we had early check out. We had a graduation ceremonies to attend to and time would not permit us to come back on time for check out. So we really need a storage at that time. Sadly they dint allow us. We have booked at this Hotel for several times already and definitely this will be my last. I'm not coming back anymore.

Booked a superior room with a queen bed but got 2 twin beds. No disposable slippers. Toiletries came in late. WiFi not working. Room was okay nonetheless.

I highly recommend this place for all solo travelers, especially women. It's very safe and conveniently located near historical sites. Overall, I'm really happy with my stay here! By the way, they also provide international adapters 😉

Dechmark Hotel
The landmarks given were confusing and we had to turn around looking for it. Mobile number listed couldn't be reached as well. Toilet flush was poor. Very old linens and towel. No garbage bin. Window lock was broken.

not satisfied. paid almost 1kphp/night. but didn't get what I paid for. just the bed was soft and good. rest is described below:
1. sink clogged. pic is uploaded
2. wifi issue. pic is uploaded, new orliens is their wifi name.
3. tv was not working
4. no water from 10pm-4am for 2 straight nights.
5. socket has old design. pic is attached. asked for if they have converter. No "they said".
asked if they have hair dryer designed for that socket. No, "they said"
6. asked for if we can checkout an hour later, even if no one reserved our room, they asked to pay extra for each hour delay checkout.
7. no 7eleven, cafes or any restaurants near by. just two local restaurants.
8. No water kettle. even on request

Rooms very different in the photos. No elevator and no proper aircon. Didn’t utilise the booking suppose to be 2 nights but only an hour and then check out..
