Staff members are very courteous and always smiling. Breakfast is very good - buffet. Generally it's clean. They clean the room everyday as requested. There's always bottled water in the rooom as complimentary amenity. Internet has average speed. Towels are old and they need to buy new ones.

Staffs are kind & courteous. Good selection of breakfast. Just enough to choose from to enjoy all the delicious foods. Love the everyday refill of botteled water. Comfortable beds & pillows. A missunderstading in packed breakfast but they compensated in a very nice way.

I liked location and the cleanliness but just one little thing that I can make a little suggestion to pay attention to the shower area but overall it was great stay the ambiance in the dining room was nice and the breakfast was good too I’ll book again in the future for sure.

The hotel has a good location. Check-in was rarely simple. The room has a big window, but no view as another building was blocking it. The breakfast had good variety, but didn't seem fresh. All-in-all, a good place to rest for the night.

I booked for 1 room superior for me and my wife but on August 22 I review my booking printout and noticed Adult 1 I tried to modify to 2 but the system doesn’t complete my modification….with message something is wrong on your end try again later. I tried to call your 800 number no luck, I called Wynwood no luck also. I sent email which I didn’t received any reply too until now. I emailed support services for review and reconsideration because they charge me extra for 1 person per day. Therefore, my 4 days stay vacation I’m so disappointed they did not listen to my explanation. I’ve been your customer since 2013
that’s why my frustration on small error is unforgettable.

Ideal position for base for easy access to shopping malls and travelling to all areas we wanted to visit. Staff very helpful and polite especially Stephanie from bistro and Kevin. Doormen always attentive and receptive, would stay here again. Food great with buffet breakfast to cater for all tastes

Great hotel, city centre. The room was spacious, comfortable bed. Staff are very attentive, helpful and polite. Shoutout to Rachel at the front desk, she made our trip so easy, assisted us with grab ride to our destination. The hotel also has starbucks inside, very convenient to a coffee drinker like me. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.
