Hotels in Clarke Quay

The room is too dark, no lighting at the working table for using laptop and I need to open the balcony door for more light when I make up. I had my lunch at the Beast & Butterflies Restaurant hotel, the beef was good

The room is the same as the photos from traveloka. It 's clean and well-designed. We can place our luggages and shopping downstairs, do some laptop work without disturbing the other person sleeping upstairs. Wifi works well. They have a desktop ai machine that you can use to call receptionist, ask for amenities (bellboy will come by to give them to your room), ask for recommendations for restaurants, etc. Hot water in shower works well. Mini fridge works well. Breakfast spread is decent with various choices available. Pool and lounging area is beautiful and comfortable. MRT station takes a bit of walk (+-1 km) but near the hotel there are scenic riverside walks with a lot of restaurants. Hotel is connected to MEMO cafe on the ground floor, we got a $ 40 coupon through our traveloka booking. Hotel staff are pleasant and friendly. Especially Richard who received us when checking in, he also taught us how to get to MRT station and other places when we arrived.

The staffs are nice people. The condition of teh room is not good. But worth the price.

Nice experience staying in this hotel. The room is so small and no good pillow but cozy enough. Always enjoy my morning walk by the river. Good location.

I can only give 2 stars for this capsule hotel: 1 for the speedy staff & 1 for the great location. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place due to several issues: 1) The “lobby”, or stairs to the 2nd floor where all the capsules are, are riddled with feet odor due to guest shoes being placed there. It always disturbs me when I have to go to the stairs to wear my shoes, or simply going out of the room to go to the common space. 2) The all female capsule isn't accurate to the picture - the whole room feels run down with a weird door with a hole, a dusty bed with no table for my capsule, dirty sheets, and the fact they only put a curtain to separate the bathroom and bedroom area appalled me. As a bonus, there was a spider running around my bed on my 2nd night. 3) musky odor of death - I hung my pajamas and my “next day” clothes in my pod for the whole day as I went about my day, only to realize some sort of nasty rotten odor has stuck unto them by the time I was back. What's worse, is that my whole luggage and bag that contained the clothes started smelling like them too, even when I'm already back in my country. I'm trying to air them out now, hopefully the smell disappears in 2 days. 4) Sunken pillow, hard bed - My back ached every time I wake up in the pod. Zero comfort. However, despite the negatives I feel I also need to point out that the travelers were great (they obeyed the quiet hours) & the common space was somewhat like in the pictures. But I personally still feel the negatives outweigh the positives by a large margin. 2/10 will not return.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The place is easy to locate and very accessible. The check-in process is fast and the staff are very accommodating. The amenities are simple: a receiving area which serves as the dining area, an common area outside the bedroom where 2 sinks, 3 shower cubicles, and 2 toilets are found, and the bedroom itself. Shoes are not allowed inside the bedroom so bring an extra pair of slippers. No steel lockers inside the room but there is a space underneath the bunk beds where you may store your luggage and clothes (use your own padlock). There 's free breakfast of toast bread, variety of spreads, cereal, milk, coffee, and tea.
