Good hotel with water refill facility and self service laundry.

The location is pretty good, room was clean and price was reasonable. There is this noodle shop nearby that is fantastic (according to my taste), 有古早味.

This hotel has a very spacious room with sofa. My family and I enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. The location is pretty convenient too.

Very capable, professional and friendly front office staff for day and night. They helped me to locate a suitable hospital around 10.30pm and called the taxi too. I was very grateful for their efficiency and care. They also have very helpful cleaning staff. I asked for a quiet room and far from the lift lobby and I was assigned one. Thank you! The only thing is that the Aircon outlet pointed towards my head so I had to switch it off when going to sleep. Other than that, I was very glad that I stayed in City Place hotel.

Zenda suites is much more than I expected. The room is so big and convenience. The location is very strategies with stores all around the corner. The amenities is satisfying. I recommend you to stay at this hotel whenever you come to Tainan.
