This hotel is definitely good for value. It is old hotel but there was construction work going on hotel to upgrade it. the room was spacious, with bathtub, and comfortable.

Dozy House
Great hostel with a good service from the host. Free breakfast toast, coffee and tea. The room is clean and have big space enough. The location in old city area near junior high school so I can find many food truck around. I'll stay at Dozy House for sure if I go to Chiang Mai

The room was spacious and very clean with no dust. The location was good, the bed was very comfortable, and the owner was friendly. However, the noise outside was so loud that I couldn't sleep. Everything is good except for the noise, but I had a hard time sleeping at night. Cleaning is not done every day
