The room is clean, cleaned regularly so it's super hygienic. The staff is super nice, both the receptionists and the spa staff below. Oh, there's one thing I recommend everyone to try when booking a room here, which is getting their hair washed at the spa below, it's super cool. NCL level sg gives me a 100 point experience, but there are some things.

Best hotel to stay if you want to explore Istanbul, Turkiye. Clean, comfort and good location, but the best part is great services from all staff (amazing)—they are very helpful. The hotel is close to religious and tourism attractions and easy to access by public transport. Sure will be back again to this for next visit.

I had a great stay at Citadines Antasari. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, making it comfortable from the moment you arrive. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a warm attitude. One of the best things about this hotel is its complete facilities. They have a playground for kids, a movie theater, swimming pool, gym area, and even a yoga room—all of which are neat, well organized, and fully functional. Everything is designed thoughtfully for both relaxation and recreation. This place is especially perfect for families with children. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Just a short walk from the train station. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities with a microwave and gas cooktop.
