Cherish Hotel Hue
Great little hotel away from downtown, in a nice area to explore. Staff was great. Breakfast was a big selection to choice from. Will be staying there again

Good:
Location decent walk but not too far. Lesser touristy spots for food which is nice
Staff are pleasant

Bed was fine but scratchy old cushion
Bikes to rent at a fairly competitive price but not as good as round the corner
Improvements:
Shower head fell and broke on last day.
Water was scalding and ran out fast.

Noisy neighbours - we shared the floor with a family I think and they were up late and then up early screaming and running around.
Housekeeping knocked at 9am and we were having our first lie in of the trip

Muong Thanh Holiday Hue Hotel
Quite shocked by the staff's welcoming attitude. There was no place to park motorbikes for guests, and no one to guide them. I arrived in the morning and stood at the counter waiting, then was asked a question: check out, right? I said I had a booking and wanted to check in first and then come back in the afternoon to get the room, but was refused and told to check in later in the afternoon. In the afternoon, when checking in, the staff asked a few questions, then told me to fill in the information, collect the deposit and give me the room card, and the only thing I knew was where to eat breakfast, nothing more. The room was okay, the air conditioner was loud, one side of the night light was broken and the other side was electrically damaged. When checking out, after receiving the room card, they did not inform me how long I had to wait or how, after checking the room, they refunded the deposit and did not thank or say goodbye to the guests. Breakfast was okay, the sausage was not thawed enough so it was hard, the green bean porridge was all water. The facilities were okay, but the attitude and professionalism of the staff were questionable.

Jade Scene Hotel
The room is extremely clean. The toilet was sanitized and sealed when we came in. I was impressed how clean the bathroom was, like shining. Staff is very helpful, especially with carrying our heavy luggage with a smile. The pool is on the roof top with nice view and plants. Highly recommend this place and will come back

The Sunriver Boutique Hotel Hue
Room is very stuffy and damp on the windows.
Ants living here as house-pets, i did complain to the room service and she blaimed on my cosmetics, which contains sweet parfum. Ants comes also everywhere into my lugage, clothes, and same with my partners luggages.
